2026 7th Annual Sundre Car Show Outdoor Market

Date of Event: June 28, 2026
Location: 410 2 Ave NW, Sundre - Sundre Rodeo Grounds
Cost: $20.00 per Vendor

  • Vendors - Food Vendors (food trucks) must have AHS Food Handling Permits

  • Registration for the Market is $20 per booth. Vendors must supply a tent, table and chairs.

  • All fees are non-refundable for no shows as the proceeds will be donated.

  • Our event will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, June 28, 2026. Vendors are to be on site for 8:00 am.

  • Completed forms are due June 15, 2026.

  • Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

  • We reserve the right to censor any booth.

Vendor Fees

West Country Cruisers - Sundre or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the 2026 Sundre Car Show. Payment is preferred online via the website. If requested, arrangements can be made to accept cash payment.
